deal or not to deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyday all of us have to deal or not to deal with the “super occasions”. For example, I noticed that if I am going shopping and let’s say the price of the cans of soup is 1.95 per can one day, I will buy the exactly amount of soups which I need it . But the next day, if the store is priced the exactly the same can of soup for $1.95 but with a tag saying "maximum 8 cans per customer," I as a shopper will think that the deal is so good that I should take advantage before others do. ( I will buy those 8 cans even I do not need them).
The second example – I just came back from the cell phone store. I saw there a note FREE iPHONE - Small print: When you subscribe to a 36 month contract at $80 per month so if we have to pay 36 installments of $80, then it is not free.
The third example, LAST MINUTE VACATION. My friends just came back from that kind of vacation – it was a disaster. They paid less for the vacation ( but nobody mentioned extra costs for the parking, breakfast, transport from and to the airport (which was include in regular offer). They also had to change their hotel for not as good as they suppose to have it. When we buying a discount last minute travel package we have to deal that is too good to be true, always we have to look at the fine print - or any other print there is. I guess we need to prepare our self for extra costs that may not be included with the base price; price that we see initially on an offer.

going green
The environmental responsibility is everyone's responsibility! This is what we can hear or see on many comercials. The 'Go Green' program works almost everywhere lately. It creates responsibility to protect the environment by being green and saving green at home. One of the very visible examples are green bags which promotes and encourage to 'be cool and stay green'. Lately we can see a lot of people carring those kinds of bags. We can also find clothes, which say about one green thing. I think it is a great idea to do this kind os advertising. Hopefuly that could help people to really think and do something alout it. I love it and I'm very into it.In Poland, my home country we are celebrating Earth's Day in simmilar way. Once a year, on the Earth's Day we are helping her to stay clean. It's like a present from people to the Earth, because she is like our mother. Schools organize trips to parks and other places or students stay in school areas to help clean up the Earth. It's a lot of fun in these days. Many people are wearing something green, as a symbol and everyone is talking about it, you can hear about it in radio, TV, and even on the streets. We have also organized concerts and festivals on this day.I think we HAVE to take care of our planet, because we live here. Earth is our home, so lets help her be healthy!!!

Money is not the most important thing in our live.
Money is something which is often discuss in today's world. However it is higly debatable whether it is more important to have money than other considerations, such as health and happiness, which some people consider to be of greater significance. To begin with, it is often argued that having money enables people to exert influence over others. Wealthy businessmen, although they seem to work 24 hours a day, are often the most highly respected members of society. As a consequence, money can be seen as the single most important factor in daily life.Secondly, people work to have more and more money because they know that money can buy things, like home, car, good clothes, education and even health. If you have money you can afford the best hospitals and clinics. But the truth is, that despite the fact that money can pay for the best medical care available, this is no guarantee of a longer life.On the other hand, people spend a lot of time in work, trying to earn as much as possible. They forget about their health, themselves and life outside the office. That is why one of the civilization illness is called workaholism. It describes a situation when a person is so obsessed with work itself that can not normally exist in the world without job anymore. That is why in my opinion, money is an important factor in our life and work is the key to it, but they can not replace our health and relationships with the other people.
My favourite vacation
Vacation is the greatest time of the year. It is so great because of not attending school for more than two months. My best place I ever visited in my life is Egypt. As a child I was lucky to enough to visit Africa. I saw many interisting monumets such as sfinks and Piramides. The weather was hot and sunny all the day. People from Egypt are really nice and friendly. I really like Egypt because I love the sun, sun bathing, salty water and egzotic place. It was a great time for me and my family. We lived in a really nice hotel with a view on the sea with many atractions like swimming pool or fitness center. They also had great cusine and service was very nice. Definately, it was the best vacation in my life.

All higher education institutions were imedialtely closed and Warsaw's entire Jewish population harded into Warsaw Ghetto. At the end of Second World War about 85 procent of the city had been destroyed, including the historic Old Town and the Royal Castle. With the entry of Poland into the European Union in 2004, Warsaw is currenly experiencing the biggest economic boom of its history. My favourite place to live.
Everyone dreams about the place where we would like to live in the future. Some of us dream of nice house in the mountains or in the forest. But some people want to have a big apartment in the city. Today people are afraid of their future, especially now because of the economy situation in the world and they want to have the roof over the head no matter where it will be.
When I was a child I wasn't afraid about my future, moreover I didn't think about it, but I had an imagination of my perfect house. I would like to live somewhere where is hot and sunny and climate is more friendlier. I think polish climate is too cold, but it is much warmer than a couple years ago. I would like to live next to the sea or ocean where I could swim. I would like to have a huge house on the sea shore. I wouldn't need the warm clothes and I wouldn' be afraid about snow.
There are so many interesting and beutiful places to live and discover. I hope I could live in a warm country in the future.

My first month in America.
I remember very good my first month in the United States. That was almost 3 years ago. I was very excited to came here, even if I was a little bit nervous because I could not speak any English. Everything was new for me and very diffrent than my home country Poland. After a few days I realized that my English is really bad and I can not communicate with people. that was a really hard time for me, especially when people asked me a question and my aswer was I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. I didn't know what to do. I felt really bad. I decided to go to school but they told that I have to wait 3 months because English classes start in September. I decided to study by myself with dictionary and with the internet and that really helps me a lot. After a couple weeks I was able to understand some basic words and speak a little. I was really praud of myself. Now I know if you really want something you can do it!!!

Place I Call Home
The place that I call home is definatelly place when I was born and I grew up. I spent there nineteenth years. This place is Warsaw, the capital of Poland. Poland is lacated in central Europe next to the Germany, Ukraine, Cech Republic, Slovakia and Belarus.
Warsaw my home town is the biggest city in Poland with almost two millions populations. I call this place my home because I grew up there and all my family lives there. Also after I graduete from college I planing to go back home and live there. This is still my home, even if I live here now. Warsaw is still in my heart. I really miss my home, my friends and my family, especially my mom. When I visit my home during the vacation I am really happy there, but every time when I am there my city chenges and looks very diffrent than I have been there last time.
In my opinion your home is and will be there where you were born, even when you not live there anymore.
