Food.


I really care about what I eat, even more because I have terrible allergies when I am not eating well enough, usually my body feels the necessity of some nutrients.I cook for myself everyday. I always put in my meals a little bit of everything: protein, carbohydrate, sugar, fiber and so on. Also, I always try to eat different things everyday. For breakfast I start eating cereal instead of bread, and a cup of coffee. For lunch I always try to eat vegetables and some protein. For dinner I have a very light meal. Sometimes yogurt, a fruit or salad. I love junk food, so it is very difficult to avoid those foods. Then, in between meals, I nipple a granola bar, fruit or nuts.I guess I haven't changed my eating habits. I still have lunch as my most important meal of the day. And I don't survive without breakfast. Although all the ingredients I use to cook my meals are American, hardily I use anything from my Country.

  1. I do follow the same pattern. I eat cereal in breakfast. I really do not pay attention what I eat or not. Actually, I really do not get enough time, so I always get it from store like salad or soup. I rarely eat in between the meals. For dinner, I also prefer fruit or yogurt.
